Jaime Sturgeon
Proud owner of Mane Institute! Jaime has been in the industry since 2009. She was an instructor at Majestany Institute for almost 5 years. Trained in various haircare brands and still works behind the chair at her salon Mane Studio. Passion for teaching has led to becoming the owner of Mane Institute and hopes to continue the legacy of the previous owner Susan Dean and grow even further!
What is my favourite part of teaching?

Michelle Bustard-Managing Director/Hairstyling Instructor
Ms. Bustard is our key instructor at our Fredericton location. Michelle came to us with many years of salon management experience and can guide students to their dream positions. Michelle is extremely strong in color, foiling and new techniques. Michelle is a member of the Master Judges program and enjoys working with the students who are interested in competition. Michelle has coached winners for many years. Way to go Michelle!

Carrie Bradley- Aesthetics Instuctor
Ms. Bradley has been in the industry since 2012, Graduating from our Saint John Campus. Ms. Bradley has training in advanced foot care techniques, Aveda skin care and makeup. She also has training as a Lash artist and Microblade technician since 2017. You will love her upbeat & positive nature. Ms. Bradley truly loves this industry and takes great pride in her work and teaching others to be the best they can be.

Pammy Pringle-Admissions Advisor/Aesthetics Instructor
Ms. Pringle has worked in the Aesthetics field as an instructor since 2005. She brings to the team an extensive career in aesthetics not only as an instructor, but several years of extensive training to enhance her skills. Pammy has coached and trained many students successfully for Skills Canada competitions, and has had students win both provincially and nationally. Pammy is a fully trained Bella Lash Educator taking her training in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. She also loves all aspects of the Aesthetic field that includes medical Aesthetics, AVEDA, makeup, nails and more!

Shannon Taplin- Aesthetics Instructor
Ms. Taplin joined our team after 6 years experience in the industry. Combining both past experience as a supervisor and her passion in the industry makes Shannon an amazing Instructor. Shannon has extensive training in many areas such as Dermalogica, Make Up Forever, CND, Babe Lash extensions, Medical Aesthetics, and of course AVEDA.

Julie Beers-Aesthetics
Ms. Beers has been in the industry since 2019. Her specialities are pedicures, teeth whitening and skin care services. She has upgraded many skills since graduating including tooth gems and dermaplaning. Continuing to take many courses.
What is your favourite part of teaching?
My favorite part about teaching Aesthetics is watching them become more confident within themselves and be proud of how far they've come-and being able to share real world industry knowledge with them for their future careers in the industry!

Robin Warford- Aesthetics Instructor
Ms. Robin has been in the industry since 2005 gratuating from Medes College and began her career with Lancome Cosmetics, where her passion for makeup and skincare developed! in 2009n completed her first last training with Misencil and continued expanding her skills with various leading companies over the years. She ownes and operates her own business in Oromocto, Illusions of Beauty & Wellness since 2012. She is PhiBrows-ceritifed in microblading, certified in permanent makeup, as well in lasor hair removal.
Today, I love balancing my business and helping shape future beauty professionals and sharing my passion for this ever-evolving industry filled with endless opportunites.

Erin Savoie-Hairstyling Instructor
Ms. Savoie has been in the industry since 2018, graduating from Majestany Institute. Favourite services are lived in blondes and dimensional brunettes. Certified in Babe tape-in extensions, and has taken additional courses on both blonding and perms. She has been a licensed Hair Instructor since 2024.
What is your favourite part about teaching?
"Seeing the students understand it and show me how its done. Going over formulas because I can see where their brain is at- and that is why I love Aveda"

Alisha L:eighton
Ms. Leighton has been in the industry since 2001. She has taken many courses to upgrade her skills in various product lines. She loves haircutting, specifically bobs.
What is your favourite part of teaching?
"Watching their confidence grow as they develop their skills. The moment it finally clicks and they realize they can do it"

Maddy Magee
Ms. Magee has been in the industry since 2014. She is a makeup artist as well as a hairstylist. Her favourite services to do are blonding, head massages and the perfect blowout. She has continued her education with several different courses in hair colour, cutting, styling and lots of blonding.
